Use chilled rice. 4 cups of cooked chilled rice
3 tablespoons butter, divided

2 cloves minced garlic
1.5 cups frozen veggies (peas, diced carrots)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
4 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
