Sweet and Sour Sticky Wings

My mom and I teamed up on this recipe. She came up with the recipe but I helped her tweak it since I am her official taste tester!!! We made this dish for a party this past weekend and everyone loved it!

Yields: 24-30 wings.

Ingredients:
chicken wings
1 box Krusteaz bake & fry coating mix (enough to coat wings).
some salt.

SAUCE:
1 cup Panda Express Orange Sauce
1/2 cup Korean beef bulgogi sauce
Sugar

** I really don't know the measurements for the sauce. So guess! LOL

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix krusteaz bake & fry coating mix and salt. You can add some cayenne pepper for some kick! Clean chicken wings and pat dry. Place chicken wings in bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated.

Heat oil to about 375F. Oil should be enough to just cover the wings entirely, so about 1-2 inches deep.

Preparing the sauce:
Mix sauce together in sauce pan and let simmer for 5 minutes or so. Remove from heat.

Fry coated wings for 10 minutes or until parts begin to turn brown. Remove from heat and place wings on a cookie rack to drain excess oil. Once all wings are fried, mix sauce together! Add some garnish like freshly cut green onions!
