My boyfriend's sister is having her first baby in January and her baby shower was on Saturday this past weekend. Their mom asked me to be in charge of games which will be found here: Baby Shower Games. Since she asked me to help plan the baby shower, I wanted to create a diaper cake which is a tiered cake made out of diapers. **Warning: Diaper cake is not edible!!! It's mainly for decorations and part of my gift to her as well.
I'm not much of a chef but sometimes I like to think I make delicious food. So come along and watch me whisk, whip, blend, boil, toss, and season something yummy!

Pizza Crust and Pizza Sauce
Who doesn't love pizza? I've made this recipe over and over again. First at Megan's house in 2010 and then at John's house! I've owed it to my friends to make them pizza for over a year now and we made it tonight! This is a simple pizza crust that helps the flavor of vegetables and other ingredients come through. The pizza tastes great and is good (whole wheat) for you, too!
It was a little chaotic this time around but we managed.

"Better Than Sex" Cake w/ bananas
I often get a headache from sweet cakes and treats, but this cake was pure enjoyment. It's not a sugary treat. It is more like a creamy confection. It just hits the spot I love the mix of vanilla pudding and the fresh bananas. Try this recipe out!
I had a roommate who often made this cake. Once we moved after nursing school, I was craving for this easy treat! I asked her for the recipe and added some things to it like bananas.
After I made the cake, it reminded me of a cake that my family use to order from Portland, OR for our birthdays, banana cake! One day, it closed and we could never find a bakery that made the similar cake. I think this recipe is just close to it! I'm happy that I added some fresh bananas to it!

It kinda tastes like the sesame dressing from costco but a lot better!!! It has a citrus taste to it!
